How to make Carrot Cake

This carrot cake is soft, moist and full of warm comforting flavor. Made with grated carrots, cinnamon and a tender homemade batter, it bakes into a rich cake that feels cozy, satisfying and perfect for any occasion. It works beautifully as a dessert, snack or sweet treat with coffee.
