How to make Oat Bars

These oat bars are soft, chewy and easy to make with everyday ingredients. Made with oats, banana, peanut butter and a touch of sweetness, they are perfect for breakfast, snack time or meal prep. They bake into golden rectangular bars that are satisfying, convenient and easy to keep on hand during the week.

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
